A few years ago (in 2018) my partner and I adopted our first cat. Then, we adopted our second cat. Then, well, you get it. Anyway, we now have the three cats pictured above: Kitten, Jojen, and Meera.
After we adopted our cats, we proceeded to move across the country. Four times, actually. We’ve driven over 5,000 miles with all three of our cats in the car, and we’ve flown with them twice. Additionally, we just love to travel and adventure in general!
I started Travel Tabby to share what I’ve learned about moving, traveling, and adventuring with cats.
In addition to taking care of our cats and traveling whenever possible, I’ve also always been a writer. I have a bachelor’s degree in English, and after teaching for a few years, I made the transition to writing full-time. So it only seemed natural that I would start a blog about traveling with cats!
